Exchanges

We offer exchanges and store credit through Redo. We currently do not offer returns.

What is Redo?

When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, your exchange shipping label is included, allowing you to exchange any item(s) in your order for store credit for FREE.

If you decide not to check out with Redo, you can still exchange your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the exchange shipping label.

All exchanges are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

Exchange Process:

If you have an order you want to exchange, click here to start the process.  Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items.  If no signs of wear appear and the exchange was done properly, you’ll be automatically refunded in store credit via an electronic gift card.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
